Every staff member was adorable and great! We had the japanese-style twin room and it was unique with futon beds. A storage space and a lounge were a nice touch.

The location was quiet and decent, for example, Yaso Saijo Monument was at a walking distance from the hotel. You could walk to a shopping area and convenience stores.

We didn't feel like leaving, this hotel is absolutely great and little!!!

Overall the room is tidy, unique and includes a storage space and a lounge. It is in marvellous and easy location to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, set around 4-6 minutes walk from the hotel.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel near Shin-Okubo station for my visit to Tokyo. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with a cozy futon for a good night's sleep. The staff spoke excellent English and provided helpful information on getting around, dining options, and shopping. The location was perfect, with easy access to main neighborhoods and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

The hotel's location was great and very convenience, near Shinjuku or generally on the west side of the Yamanote circle line with a mini market and a convenience store within walking distance.

The room itself was decent size and functional with aircon. The location was incredible and amazing, near to the Shinjuku central district, and the Shin-Okubo train station. Had some takeout meals at Pepper Lunch, set right at the hotel, I couldn't resist.

Staff helpful, explained room well. Separate toilet, shower. Cozy living area. Short walk to restaurants, supermarket, train station. Excellent wifi. Next station from Shinjuku on Yamanote line. Good size Japanese style rooms, comfortable futons. Friendly staff. Convenient location near Korean shops and eateries. Nice stay, good value for money.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Shin Okubo Station. The room was clean and had good facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The peaceful Japanese garden theme added a nice touch. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
